The Decameron Project – Hollywood is seeking One-Minute Play submissions.
The plays will be produced as a theatrical production in the Spring of 2026 in Los Angeles.
Please submit up to 5 plays.
We are encouraging first-time writers to submit works in standard play format.
Submission period: June 15 – August 15, 2025.
Playwrights whose work is selected will receive a pair of comps to the show.
The Decameron Project produced a successful One-Minute Play Festival in August 2023 in Burbank and in November 2024 in Tokyo. In 2025, we will be producing at Namba Performing Arts Center in Ventura (June), at the Whitefire Theatre in LA (August) and at the SOOO dramatic in Tokyo (in November)
